What are the Benefits?

For the Company:

Increase in office morale

'Everyone is excited on massage day. That lift in emotions really affects the office ‘vibe’. More smiling, less
stress, and a little excitement, every office needs that'

Josie Birchall - HR Manager at OST Energy, Brighton

Attracting the best talent
In a competitive marketplace this can be tough. Dan Chester of talent company Wilbury Stratton knows that a
creative benefits package can make all the difference to bagging that star recruit.
Therapies@Work and
Wellbeing@Work are definitely at the top of the perks list.
Quote from - Dan Chester - Wilbury Stratton

Reduction in work related stress and musclo-skeletal issues
Injuries related to stress include aching neck muscles, high blood pressure and anxiety and they can all begin
their healing in our therapeutic sessions . We not only provide physical support through treatments but also
through listening we can offer support in how to manage high stress levels.  A friendly ear is sometimes all that

is all that is needed to lower stress levels and help concentration and clarity.

Improved attendance and staff retention
Great talent will always want to stay put when they feel appreciated in their jobs. The number of staff I meet
who ask me to take a photo of them in their work therapy session is incredible. Social media activity will
           project a
picture of you as a great employer. Who would want to leave?

Increase Employee productivity
Quantifying this is never easy, but imagine a company who is  proactive in the well-being of its staff.                      Each employee now has a professional  who can work with their injuries, stress levels
and postural imbalances long
before they become an issue.
They have a therapeutic therapist who can provide direct physical support,

recommend other therapists or simply lend an ear.
Who wouldn't work better as a result?

For Staff :
Reduction in high stress levels, high blood pressure and anxiety.
Improvement to work related postural imbalances.
Increase in the clarity of mind and a sense of calm.

Yes, of course, email Alison – [email protected] -to organise your taster

session today.

Do we need a dedicated space for each therapist?
No, it is not always important.
We are more than happy to work with multiple therapists in one room.
With some therapies however, confidentiality is important and we would ask for a dedicated space.
It is important to note that from our experience individuals feel more comfortable to
discuss health concerns if they are
in a quiet, safe space.

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.

And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking.

Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it.
