Life happens and sometimes, even with the best of intentions you need to cancel.
Please contact your therapist directly and provide, wherever possible, 24 notice. Covid 19 requires us to reduce our clinic hours to ensure the safety of our therapists and our clients. That means our appointment times are even more precious than usual. We would gently ask that you note our cancellation policy below and ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment.
NOTICE AND CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellations require 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer your appointment to a client in more desperate need.
Cancellations on the day Please contact your therapist directly by telephone or email [email protected]. A cancellation fee of £25 will be charged if less than 24 hours notice, and your schedule within the month.
No Shows will be charged the full rate for the session.
