Our simple 'off the shelf' packages for smaller businesses might be perfect for your business.

Pricing 

The pricing for our products is dependent upon a number of criteria and as a result will differ from client to client. The following products offer an indication of the types of costs involved to a company providing 100% contribution to well-being services. 

Wellbeing 1

Based upon 100% contribution from employer 
​
1 x therapist massage/nutrition/desktop
​yoga
3 hours 
11 x 15 minute sessions 
1 x visit per month 

Total Cost  £150.00 per month
(travel costs added outside a 30 mile radius of Brighton)
Session times can be altered to 20min or 30 mins depending upon staffing levels


​A monthly report outlining the amount of benefit provided to each staff member is provided to support tax requirements.

Wellbeing 2  

Based upon 100% contribution from employer

​2 x therapist massage/nutrition/desktop yoga
3 hours 
22 x 15 minute sessions 
1 x visit per month 

Total Cost  £300.00 per month 
(travel costs added outside a 30 mile radius of Brighton)
Session times can be altered to 20min or 30 mins depending upon staffing levels

Based upon 100% contribution from employer

4 hours 
15 x 15 minute sessions 
4 x visit per month  

Total Cost  £900.00 per month

(travel costs added outside a 30 mile radius of Brighton)
Session times can be altered to 20min or 30 mins depending upon staffing levels

A monthly report outlining the amount of benefit provided to each staff member is provided to support tax requirements.

Vouchers

Based upon an annual contribution to wellbeing@work. 

2 x vouchers per annum £100 per employee
4 x vouchers per annum £200 per employee

The employer purchases a set number of vouchers per staff member to be used at their leisure.
(an admin fee of £50 will be added sales over £1000,00.
Vouchers can be used in Oak Tree Therapies treatment rooms based to Brighton and Rottingdean
We provide you with a a monthly report to identify how and when the vouchers are redeemed.
